If you&apos;re unable to pair your Impulse Pack or are experiencing connectivity issues, please try the following steps:<ol><li style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2;">Make sure your Katalyst App is up to date in the App Store.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2;">Make sure your iPad/iPhone iOS is up to date in the device settings.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If you have already paired this Impulse Pack in the past:<ol><li style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2;">On your iPad/iPhone, open Settings &gt; choose Bluetooth &gt; remove the Impulse Pack if it is appearing in the list of connected devices by clicking &#x24D8; next to &quot;KATALYST XXXXXXXX&quot; and choosing &apos;Forget This Device&apos;&#xA0;</li></ol></li><li style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2;">Within iPad/iPhone Settings, turn Bluetooth off for at least 30 seconds. Then, turn it back on.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2;">Turn Bluetooth off in your iOS settings for at least 30 seconds and turn it back on.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2;">Completely power off your iPhone/iPad. Then reboot and restart the device.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Once all of those things are complete, you should be able to pair your Impulse Pack within the app as normal.<ol><li style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 2;">Open your Katalyst app. If you are not within the Katalyst app, pairing will not be successful, as pairing happens here and not within device settings. Press and hold the impulse pack power button for several seconds until the flashing blue light changes to a rapid flashing blue light. Once the impulse pack is rapidly flashing blue, release your finger from the button. You will see a pop-up notification with a request to pair &gt; choose Pair. I can't connect the Impulse Pack or I'm having bluetooth issues. How can I fix this?

First, ensure that your Impulse Pack is powered on. If your iPad still cannot find the Impulse Pack, follow these steps:

Ensure that the Impulse Pack is powered off.

Open Bluetooth from the Settings app on your iPad.

If your iPhone or iPad will not pair to the Impulse Pack, follow these steps:<ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Power off the Impulse Pack.</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Open Bluetooth from the&#xA0;Settings&#xA0;app on your iPhone/iPad.</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">From the Bluetooth Devices section, locate Katalyst. If found connected, tap it and select&#xA0;Forget&#xA0;this device, and exit the settings app. No connection should be made within the settings app.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">With the Katalyst app open on your device, Hold the power button of the Impulse Pack for 6-8 seconds and watch as the Impulse Pack powers on and the LED status indicator transitions from slow flashing blue to rapidly flashing blue. Once the LED status is displaying a rapid blue flashing light, you may remove your finger from the power button.</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">A pop-up will appear on your Katalyst App screen, asking you to pair the devices.
