I can't connect the Impulse Pack or I'm having bluetooth issues. How can I fix this?Updated 7 hours ago

If you're unable to pair your Impulse Pack or are experiencing connectivity issues, please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure your Katalyst App is up to date in the App Store. 
  2. Make sure your iPad/iPhone iOS is up to date in the device settings. 
  3. If you have already paired this Impulse Pack in the past:
    1. On your iPad/iPhone, open Settings > choose Bluetooth > remove the Impulse Pack if it is appearing in the list of connected devices by clicking ⓘ next to "KATALYST XXXXXXXX" and choosing 'Forget This Device' 
  4. Within iPad/iPhone Settings, turn Bluetooth off for at least 30 seconds. Then, turn it back on.
  5. Turn Bluetooth off in your iOS settings for at least 30 seconds and turn it back on.
  6. Completely power off your iPhone/iPad. Then reboot and restart the device.
  7. Once all of those things are complete, you should be able to pair your Impulse Pack within the app as normal.
    1. Open your Katalyst app. If you are not within the Katalyst app, pairing will not be successful, as pairing happens here and not within device settings. Press and hold the impulse pack power button for several seconds until the flashing blue light changes to a rapid flashing blue light. Once the impulse pack is rapidly flashing blue, release your finger from the button. You will see a pop-up notification with a request to pair > choose Pair.
