With Katalyst, we are able to stimulate up to 90% of muscle fibers. This is possible because the signal is generated externally (via the impulse), rather than internally (via your brain), making this form of exercise incredibly efficient. 


On top of that, Katalyst is a true full-body workout, activating all your major muscle groups simultaneously. Each 20-minute session gives each of your major muscle groups 10 minutes of time under tension, equivalent to hours in the gym.
