If I have more than one suit, do I need multiple memberships?
A membership is required to access the full library of workout content on the Katalyst App. Each Impulse Pack requires its own membership. If you are sharing an Impulse Pack with a Partner Suit user, then the membership is attached to the Impulse Pac
When does my Katalyst membership activate?
Your Katalyst membership will activate on the date of fulfillment. However, we allow an extra 30 days from the fulfillment date to ensure ample time for shipping, delivery, and onboarding.
What happens when my membership ends?
If you paid upfront via credit card, your membership will auto-renew at $49 per month after the initial term. You can visit your Customer Portal to adjust your membership. Please note you will need to log in using the email from your original order.
Can I pause my membership?
The monthly membership can be deactivated and reactivated at any time. You can do this by accessing your customer portal. If you have a 1, 2, or 3 year membership, it does not include the ability to pause.
What happens to my membership if I return my Katalyst system?
If you initiate a return within the 30-day return window, we will refund the full amount of the membership to your original payment method. For more information on our return policy, please visit katalyst.com/returns.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by visiting the member portal. After canceling, your membership will remain active through the last date of your paid subscription. For example, if you purchased a 1-year membership, it will remain active through the 1
