If I have more than one suit, do I need multiple memberships?
A membership is required to access the full library of workout content. (see membership FAQ). One membership is needed for each impulse pack. You can create multiple profiles in the app using the same impulse pack and membership.
How many accounts can I have under one membership and how do I create a new one?
Katalyst memberships are tied to Impulse Packs. Each Impulse Pack has one membership “holder” for billing purposes and up to 4 user accounts total. These 4 user accounts may be individuals with their own personal suits or individuals sharing one suit
When does my Katalyst membership activate?
Your Katalyst membership will activate on the date of fulfillment. However, we allow an extra 30 days from the fulfillment date to ensure ample time for shipping, delivery, and onboarding.

The monthly membership can be de-activated and re-activated at any time. You can do this by accessing your customer portal. If you have the 1,2, or 3 year membership it does not include the ability to pause.
What happens to my membership if I return my Katalyst system?
If you initiate a return within the 30-day return window, we will refund the full amount of the membership to your original payment method. For more information on our return policy, please visit katalyst.com/returns.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by visiting the member portal. After canceling, your membership will remain active through the last date of your paid subscription. For example, if you purchased a 1-year membership, it will remain active through the 1
