The membership provides full access to Katalyst’s library of consistently updated guided workouts with our world-class trainers.  We believe having access to the full variety of exercise options ranging in both intensity and skill level is critical to unlocking the full potential of Katalyst and EMS. After the initial term, you can continue to use your Katalyst with a limited set of basic workouts.
