I am seeing the membership paywall, even though I have an active membership. What do I do?Updated 2 hours ago
If you are seeing "Your Membership has Expired" when you try to use the Katalyst App, but you have an active membership, please try the following steps on your iPad/iPhone:
- Make sure your Katalyst App is up to date with the latest version. Visit the app store to see if your Katalyst App needs to be updated.
- Make sure your iPad/iPhone is up to date with the newest version of iOS. Visit your system settings to update.
- Completely close out of your Katalyst App. This means completely force-quit the app by swiping up to fully close it out.
- Relaunch and open the updated Katalyst App
- Pair your Impulse Pack by pressing and holding the impulse pack power button for several seconds until the flashing blue light changes to a rapid flashing blue light. Once the impulse pack is rapidly flashing blue, release your ringer from the button
