How tight does the suit need to be? Why does the suit need to be tight?Updated 2 months ago

The suit should be tight enough to provide adequate compression while not overly restricting movement. You want to be able to still breathe while completing the workout, so do not tighten the suit so much that it impacts your ability to breathe. The compression of the suit helps to provide improved contact between the pads and the body to provide a better feeling, and high-quality impulse. If the impulse feels a bit “stingy”, try adding more water to the pad(s) and/or tightening the associated area of the suit to ensure good contact.
